kdelibs doesn't build ?

I'm seeing the same problem. Variable ki18n_SOURCE_DIR seems not to be
defined at the point it is referred to in kdecore/CMakeLists.txt, so it
picks up the system header instead of the one in staging/ki18n/src/.
