Yep. It's just a temporary hack until we can drop Qt4 source compat.

That wouldn't help when compiling with Qt5, where inqt5 is skipped altogether.
We could just duplicate this small header into kconfig/autotests/.
We'll remove all copies of it when we drop Qt4 compat.
