This KDialog move looks good.

KGuiItem should move to kguiaddons I think. 
Which means moving KIcon and KIconLoader/KIconTheme too (KGuiItem depends on 
it).

Right Steve? We said we would keep KIcon/KIconLoader --> kguiaddons ?
