Building kde-baseapps and kde-workspace over kdelibs frameworks

Ah. So it's a long way away... Unfortunately I don't know of how much use I'll be.
I'm compiling kdelibs frameworks on QT 5 for testing on a Wayland live CD.
Seeing that building kdelibs is the bleeding edge as far as KDE working on QT 5, I guess I wait to start compiling it.
