Mentor for the google summer of code

on the kdegsoc website there is i want to work on the gdb printer for qt5
but the mentor there is the kde finance mailing list, so here i am is there
a particular person name that i am meant to put in the proposal or do i
just add the kde finance mailing list there  ?
