GSoC Proposal : Alkimia Docs

Thank you for the help, it works :)
Yes, I am writing the proposal on it. I am halfway through it. I will
complete the first draft of my proposal by the end of this day and attach
the link to the GSoC portal and also ping about the same here when I do
that.
