By default ktoblzcheck do not depends on Qt to suppport also projects 
not having Qt as base library e.g. aqbanking or GnuCash.

aqbanking for example has optional Qt support to support projects based 
on Qt, but not by default.

With adding KDE support (usage of KServiceTypeTrader) ktoblzcheck will 
also have an optional dependency to Qt (and some KDE libraries)
