Adding support for additional countries

I tried to run ktoblzcheck with a netherland account and got 

bin/ktoblzcheck --file=/home/xxx/src/prasun-ktoblzcheck-gsoc2020/src/bankdata/bankdata.nl.db ABNA 0417164300
no such column: method
Error reading database!
 
while in the opposite it works with the german database
 
bin/ktoblzcheck --file=/home/xxx/src/prasun-ktoblzcheck-gsoc2020/src/bankdata/bankdata.de.db 10000000 0417164300
Bank: 'Bundesbank' at 'Berlin ' (10000000)
Account: 0417164300
Result is: (0) Ok
