Hi Guys,

we have the approval of the KDE e.V. Board that they will reimburse
our costs for the Sprint Sprint :-)

I have approached them with the following list:

Guillaume De Bure (Gaillac, France) 270 Euro Plane Skrooge
Alvaro Soliverez (Buenos Aires, Arg.) 870 Euro Plane KMyMoney
Thomas Baumgart (Frankfurt, Germ.) 0 Euro - KMyMoney
Arnaud Dupuis (Paris, France) 200 Euro Plane Assuma
Cristian Onet (Timisoara, Romania) 420 Euro Train, Plane KMyMoney
Thomas Richard (Hasselt, Belgium) 130 Euro Train Kraft
Klaas Freitag (Nbg, Germany) 60 Euro Train Kraft

For accomodation, options around 60 Euro per night are available near
by the sprint location, which would sum up to
 6 people * 3 nights * 60 Euro = 1080 Euro

and Sebastian got back to me with the following message:

"We only apply the 80% rule to Akademy. KDE e.V. is happy to sponsor
100% of the above stated costs. Please make the preparations :)"

So it seams that we're lucky bunnies :-) Everybody please go ahead and
arrange the travel. In case of questions or if you need assistance you
could ask Claudia Rauch <rauch at kde.org>, she works for the KDE e.V. and
is happy to help and quite experienced with sprints :)

@Thomas: Can you check the Hotel rooms? For the financial side please
let Claudia arrange the invoice with the hotel, she can make the e.V.
pay in advance or later, but you stay out of any risk.

@Thomas: Is anything else needed for the venue? Do we need hardware
or anything else? I could probably get stuff from SUSE if needed...

Isn't that cool?

Klaas
