[Kde-extra-gear] [k3b] K3b 2.0.3 released

I've re-spinned the tarball since I forgot to update the version number when 
doing the release :&

k3b 2.0.3a can be downloaded from 
http://download.kde.org/stable/k3b/k3b-2.0.3a.tar.xz

The only difference with 2.0.3 is having the correct version number.
