[Kde-extra-gear] KTorrent 4.2rc1 and libktorrent 1.2rc1 available

The first release candidate for the next stable release is here. A
release candidate of the 1.2 release for libktorrent is also
available.

This is a testing release but it should be pretty stable. It contains
mostly small new things, improvements and performance fixes. For a
full overview of all the changes, take a look in the ChangeLog files
in the tar balls.
