[Kde-extra-gear] online Tellico doc coming up empty

In multimedia ( http://docs.kde.org/development/en/extragear-multimedia/ ) the 
missing English docs are k3b, kmid, kplayer and amarok, but some translations 
(for instance "sv") are ok, though.
