[Kde-extra-gear] GSoC 2009 idea list

Extragear apps are of course welcome to be involved with Google Summer
of Code via the KDE organization. (Google refuses to recognize
extragear apps as seperate projects - we've tried - so don't even
bother).

We're collection the idea list here:

We need to look all impressive come March 13th when the Google people
will be judging our worthiness partly by our idea list. So add ideas
and make sure the ideas that are there are good quality ideas.
