[Kde-extra-gear] konq-plugins-4.1.3 : webarchiver not built

Due to r869740 and r877729, the webarchiver plugin needs trunk to build.
I think this new webarchiver shouldn't be shipped in 4.1.3 but wait for 4.2 
and, as the debian packager, consider this a regression and patched it to 
revert to the old one.

How can we prevent this from happening in 4.1.4 ? Should be add branches/tags 
to extragear/base/konq-plugins ?
