Is there a reason that Kopete Cryptography is not tarballed in 
ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/4.0.0/src/extragear? It was put out with the 
RC's. I worked very hard on that and I want to make sure that it gets into 
the hands of users.
