[Kde-extra-gear] 'sdk' section

Helio is the one with the final words, but given he is in Angola with 
intermitent internet access i think you can go on for now and talk with him 
later.

As far as i know l10n.kde.org is "automatic" but mail his mantainer (mail at 
the bottom of the page) for beign sure.
