[Kde-extra-gear] KTorrent 2.2rc1 is out

KTorrent is approaching a full 2.2 release, this is the final step towards
this release. Most of the changes are bug fixes, but we added some new
features :
- Maximum seed time feature
- Cool new list of plugins (a lot better then the old boring listview)
