[Kde-extra-gear] digiKam and digiKamImageplugins 0.9.1-rc2 tarballs

We had to go for an intermediate rc2 before 0.9.1-final. 
This is a pure buxfix release.

The tarballs for compilation are ready on sourceforge.net
