hmm, and how is handled by ssh? i suppose by your user id... that's not
always the same as the svn+ssh account one...
svn co svn+ssh://svn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/playground/utils/createtarball/ createtarball
Permission denied (publickey).

Moreover there are people that use https...
