[Kde-extra-gear] [PATCH] copy GNU files in all tarballs produced by createPackages.sh

Hello,

Here is one more patch (hopefully of better quality than the previous one).

There is a bug in createPackages.sh if you use --split option: it moves GNU 
files from the main package to the i18n one, so you end up without any 
README, COPYING, AUTHORS... files in the main package.

Attached patch fix this by copying files in both packages. It also adds a few 
other files in the list of GNUFiles: COPYING-DOCS and NEWS.
