[Kde-extra-gear] Branch for Filelight 1.1

I tried to commit to /branches/filelight/1.1

But was told I didn't have enough karma.

This seems to be the correct location for me to branch to, so if I'm 
correct in this assumption, could someone with more karma create the 
filelight directory there? If not where should I make branches?

Apologies if this is documented, I tried a few googles and the list 
archives.
