[Kde-extra-gear] Skype plugin for Kopete

Hello,
I want to move my Skype plugin for Kopete to extragear, but I'm waiting for 
write access to extragear WWW (for almost 2 weeks at the moment)

I would like to ask, can I move the code before I get the write permission? 
Another problem is, it does not compile against Kopete in 3.4, only against 
3.5.

Do you think I should resend the request for the write access?
