[Kde-extra-gear] Fraqtive 0.3.1 released

Hello,

I'm happy to announce the stable version 0.3.1 of Fraqtive, the Mandelbrot and 
Julia fractal generator for KDE.

Changes in this version:
 - polished the user interface
 - added translation to 11 languages

Many thanks to all translators from the KDE internationalization team for 
their contribution.
