[Kde-extra-gear] PwManager Debian and Kubuntu package updates

Hi,

Having experienced some inconvenience with a lack of up to date
information on Debian and Kubuntu packages for PwManager, I thought it
would be useful to publish said info here for the future reference of
others in a similar situation.

The download page on the PwManager website is here:
http://passwordmanager.sourceforge.net/download.html

The information on the location of unofficial Debian binaries is out
of date, the correct info can be found at:
http://faq.eqenchanters.org/index.php?action=artikel&cat=366315&id=37&artlang=en

where it currently gives the following source.list entries:
deb ftp://ftp.real-time.com/linux/real-time-debpool sid custom
deb-src ftp://ftp.real-time.com/linux/real-time-debpool sid custom

Likewise the information on Kubuntu packages is out of date,
http://dinton.no-ip.org/ is no longer online and the maintainer of
those packages has publically stated that he will no longer be
maintaining his own repository but will be making his packages
available in the universe repository at some point.  They aren't there
at this time of writing.  You can read more about this here:

It would be useful, if the download page could be updated in line with
the information provided here as it would no doubt save other people
time and effort.
