That's a good point.
But is expected that this app still not yet and KDE app, and probably will 
have some time range in a not usable state. This make the app not suitable 
immediately for neither review or extragear, that's why i mentioned nonbeta.

I'm up to accept in extragear as soon app reach some usable beta stage, i 
think would be not problem a development stage on nonbeta.
