[Kde-extra-gear] FET - Free Evolutionary Timetabling

Dear All,

I would like to include the program I have made, FET (Free Evolutionary 
Timetabling) into the kde extra gear section. FET can be used to 
automatically schedule the timetable of a school, high-school or university. 
For the moment, it is only written in Qt, but I have an offer of making it a 
KDE application. I guess I need a KDE account or similar. Could you please 
tell me what should I do?
