You would probably need to go to 

tags/digikam/0.7.3/

If i understand this correctly, you put all tags in 

tags/name_of_app

And in tags/stable/extragear/graphics/name_of_app, you have a copy of
the latest stable release. (Provided that your app is something
graphical)
