Would be nice to have some auto*
magic that, when compiling from svn with KDE < 3.3, disables
amarok build displays a message at the end of configure run.
When KDE is too old for all apps -> configure return an error.
Then every app can set MIN_CONFIG on it's own.

Mhmm, that would automaticly make configure fail when an app
is packaged.  Then 'all apps' is just the packaged app.
