[Kde-extra-gear] K3b 0.11.19 released

Hello.

K3b 0.11.19 is out as the first release of the new year:

- Fixed mp3 file detection
- Fixed bug which made an image get deleted even if none was created
- Fixed bug which made the iso image verification fail when writing in TAO 
mode
- Fixed crash when no DVD writer is present
