[Kde-extra-gear] Making packages available from ftp.kde.org

Hello,

I am one of KIPI developers, a sharable plugin system for graphical 
applications, located in kdeextragear-libs-1. We recently released version 
0.1.0 and would like to host some binary packages, provided by contributors. 
Since KIPI started its life in the extra gear, it has no other webspace than
http://extragear.kde.org/apps/kipi.php. Would it be possible to host the 
binary packages on ftp.kde.org? If so who do we need to ask?
