CVS commit by wijnhout: 

createPackage.sh is a rewrite of cvsExtract.sh, a hopefully useful script 
that creates tarballs of KEG applications. It extracts the app, docs and 
translations from CVS or a working copy. The translations can be packaged 
in a separate package.

It is not finished yet, I'm still working to implement a way of excluding 
some languages from the tarballs.
