[Kde-extra-gear] Cleanup about to start - steps for future

I wouldn't mind if you could add knetload to this list.  It's not
actively maintained at the present, but that doesn't mean it's no longer
useful (though there are a few bugs that could really do with fixing).

Also, since kcpuload and knetload share the same codebase to a large
extent (or at least did when I was working with them), it would be a
shame to separate them now.
