Ok I have now some time available so I started a good rework of KNetLoad to
add support for more features, like, for example, remote interfaces
monitoring via snmp.

For now the state is way far from what I want it to be. Actually the code
for now features only a quite complete rewrite of the settings interface
using KConfigXT.

I released that snapshot for who wants to take a look to the new settings
interface, and say a word about it.
