[Kde-extra-gear] K3b 0.11.6 + i18n package released

Hi folks,

finally the K3b 0.11 i18n package has been released.
Once again I'd like to thank all translators that had the patience not to quit 
K3b.

I also took the opportunity to release another K3b version which again fixes 
some issues:
 * Fixed length calculation for long FLAC files.
 * Allow Audio CDs that violate the Red Book standard (Tracks shorter than 4 
seconds).
 * Some improvements in disk-info retrieval (hopefully fixing some issues ;).
