please don't be mad. I am really sorry about all this confusion. The problem 
is that scripty is currently not running and thus the pot files are not 
updated. That means that you do not translate the current messages if you are 
not creating the pot manually. Since scripty won't be running before after 
the kde 3.2 release and I did not want to wait this long to release k3b 0.11 
I skipped the i18n package. The k3b messages will not change until a month 
after the kde 3.2 release to make sure you all have enough time to translate 
after scripty is running again.
I hope you can understand what I am saying. Your work is really appreciated. I 
just did not want to wait two more month to release K3b 0.11.
