This adds the posibility of splitting the package into a app and a i18n part (--split). Tarballs are created if the --package
switch is passed.

Currently one has to pass the --noi18nbasetag if the tag specified with --usetag is not to be used for the kde-i18n/subdirs
file. This works, but should be handled automatically by the script. The same holds for the --noadmintag. Two FIXMEs are added
to the script as a reminder.
