[Kde-extra-gear] [PATCH] i18n packages using cvsExtract.sh

Hi,

I've hacked the kdeextragear-1/scripts/cvsExtract.sh to include the
possibility of splitting packages in an application and an i18n part.

The patch adds the following switches:
--package : Create .tar.gz and .tar.bz2 files.
--split : Make two packages, one for the application and one for the
translations.
--noi18nbasetag : Do not use the tag (specified using --usetag) for the
kde-i18n/subdirs file (useful since kdeextragear people usually don't tag
this file). Typically used in combination with --noadmintag.

The scripts works very well for me. Still, there is the possibility I broke
something, so please test and let me know if it is ok to commit this.

best,
Jeroen
