[Kde-extra-gear] Filelight to keg

Greetings,

I'd like to request Filelight be moved from kdenonbeta to keg. It has been 
stable and complete for quite some time now and having debated trying to get 
it into kdeadmin or kdeutils I decided that keg is the best option for me and 
for everyone else too.
