[Kde-extra-gear] Kile: message freeze - second beta release

Hi all,

Since 25-9-2003 there is a message freeze, which effectively means translators 
can start their work and try to finish it before 15-10-2003.

To accomodate the translators who do not want to deal with CVS, there is a 
second beta release that should contain all the i18n messages, so you can use 
this version for testing. The tarball can be downloaded from:
