[Kde-extra-gear] KST website

Hello,

    We have released KST 0.90 and are preparing 0.91 with some bugfixes.  We 
have an off-kde website setup but we should setup the extragear one as well.  
Can we please have the directory created and acls added for "staikos" and 
"netterfield"?
