[Kde-extra-gear] (wish) script for creating i18n packages

Hy,

since I started seperating the i18n package from the main package with K3b 
0.8.1 I was thinking if someone had the proper knowlege to create a little 
script that extracts all the translations and creates a proper package with 
good autoconf stuff. The problem is that I am just using the same autoconf 
stuff for the main package and the i18n package and that creates way too many 
dependancies for i18n.
