[Kde-extra-gear] Another issue with Makefile.am.in

I found, that kreatecd is hardcoded into Makefile.am.in. This is no problem
as long as you have the kreatecd package outchecked. But if not a make -f
Makefile.cvs will not work, I think.

Could we fix this?
