Me neither. I don't know how many KDE enthusiasts are in Frankfurt and
Rhein-Main.

I guess a pub would be good anyway. There's Brotfabrik, for instance,
which is where the Frankfurt LUG meets. That's a nice place, although
not in the center of Frankfurt.
