The booth box is huge, it needs a large van.
But looking at Ade's list:
- Two flatscreen monitors (17")
- One SunRay
- One USB keyb+mouse
- Hub, cables, and other networking crap
- One power strip
and the amd64 x2

Combined with some idle laptops this should be enough. The only thing
we'll be missing is the promo materials in the booth box, but those
can be carried on a train or brought along by car.

The booth box is a lot more convenient for storing all expensive
materials at night at the campus. So I still prefer that. A few 100
euros is not to much for one of the biggest FOSS events in Europe I
think. We'll cover that amount with the merchandising anyway.

We'll probably have new Amarok T-Shirts and need at least 2 boxes of
KDE T-Shirts left over from Akademy.
