Wendy proposed to put info about new KDE versions in a separate
leaflet that can be inserted (or wrapped around) the printed handbook.
This way we can have many copies of the handbook printed but still be
able to supply info about the newest KDE release. Those leaflets can
be printed on demand and handbook packages can be prepared by the
event staffers.

I think we can get away with one updated reprint of the handbook per
year or even 2 years further on. Printing the leaflet should be pretty
cheap if it is only one folded A4.

Promo & Marketing: what do you think?
