[Kde-events] events-de and events-benelux are no more

A short, administrative note:

We've now moved everyone who was previously on the events-de and 
events-benelux lists over to this list. Those that have been moved over 
should've gotten a note. As a result, the events-de and events-benelux lists 
have been removed.

That was the last bit of merging the events lists.
