I will be at NordU in Sweden from Feb 10 - 14, so I will be unable to attend - 
again  (although I probably live closer to Brussels than many other people 
:-( )

If you can hold a talk, please do so.

Regarding the costs, please see if FOSDEM itself is sponsoring you, especially 
if you're holding a speech. If not, I'm sure there's budget to cover this.
