[kde-embedded] New Window Manager for the AGL distro

Hi,

Toyota and Mentor Graphics (Siemens) has developed a new Window
Manager for the latest version of the AGL distribution for automotive
to substitute the one I showed at Akademy 2017 during the BoF.

The Yocto recepies are being built to integrate that Window Manager
with the distro.
