You can download now the windows installer from https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Step_Nightly_win64/1/.

Please note, this is the very first version of Step for Windows. I did some
superficial checks and everything seems to work but it's for sure not the
final/last windows build. So, please check and provide feedback if things
don't work as expected.
