New Cantor website

Cantor now has a new website available in https://cantor.kde.org/.

The site is Jekyll-based and uses the current KDE theme for static
sites. I put some GIFs to show nice features for the users.

The site also has a blog structure to write news and announcements.

The site source code is available in KDE Invent
https://invent.kde.org/websites/cantor-kde-org. It is easy to write new
posts and make template changes.

Please Cantor developers, feel free to use the site and write posts.
